Coloring the skies with specially-designed hot air balloons is the thing to see this month. Thursday, February 9 marked the opening of this one-of-a-kind event at the OMNI Aviation at the Clark Airfield. The Philippine International 21st Hot Air Balloon Fest will fly until Sunday, February 12, 2017.
There was a total of 17 hot air balloons, proudly buffing up in different shapes, colors and sizes to the delight of the crowd. The opening salvo started with a sky jumper holding a Philippine flag, followed by aero paragliders, impressing the young and the young at heart.
